Lis Badillo, Esq. is currently the VP of Contracts and Procurement at the Early Learning Coalition of Miami-Dade/Monroe. Lis has extensive experience as a Senior Legal Counsel in multiple companies and has previously worked as a Contract Attorney at Mastercard. Lis also served as a Legal Counsel at The Victoria Law Group and held various legal positions at Saudi Aramco, Colombian Congress, Mayor's office, and Labor and Employment Court. Lis holds a Master's Degree in Public Law and an LL.M in International Business Transactions.
