Michael Lubeley

Michael Lubeley is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in intellectual property law and engineering. Currently serving as an Intellectual Property Attorney at Early Warning® since July 2023, Michael previously held the position of Director of Legal at Invigorat[e] from November 2021 to July 2023. Prior to that, a tenure at Neal, Gerber & Eisenberg LLP as Associate Counsel was followed by experience as an Associate at Miller, Matthias & Hull. Michael began a career in engineering with a role as a MEMS Engineer at Knowles Electronics and previously worked as a Process Engineer at Photonami Inc. Michael holds a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, alongside a Master of Science in Bioengineering from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Creighton University.
