Sharon Browell

Sharon Browell is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in leadership, project management, and quality assurance. Currently serving as Director at Early Warning® since August 2019, Sharon leads a team focused on developing and operating systems to support corporate staff. Prior roles include Senior IT Manager for Process Management at Best Western® Hotels & Resorts, where accountability included enhancing IT processes through best practices, and Senior Manager of Quality Assurance at Bank of America, concentrating on operational stability projects. Sharon has also held various managerial positions at Pegasus Solutions, overseeing quality assurance, systems management, and service delivery, and has experience in project management at First Data Corporation and Chase Manhattan Bank. Sharon holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware.
