Dale Winterbauer

Dale Winterbauer is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in software development and management. Currently serving as the FACTS Business Unit Manager at Earnest & Associates since February 2016, Winterbauer previously held the role of Vice President of Information Technology at Stag-Parkway, Inc. from May 2005 to January 2016, where management of software development projects was a key responsibility. Additional experience includes serving as Director of IT at DTI, Inc. for a brief period in 2004 and as Owner/President of Micro-Net Solutions, Inc. from January 1987 to March 2005, leading a consulting firm that specialized in small business support and custom programming services. Winterbauer holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Indiana University South Bend, obtained between 1981 and 1987.
