Goutham Valeti is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data, analytics, and risk management. Currently serving as the Sr. Director at Earnest since 2017, Goutham leads various teams to enhance product and pricing decisions, expand risk policies, and automate underwriting processes. Prior roles at Earnest include Director of Data & Analytics and Sr. Manager of Data Science & Analytics, where Goutham focused on developing machine learning products and improving decision-making across the organization. Goutham's previous experience includes positions at Deutsche Bank, where leadership of quantitative teams was pivotal in developing trading systems and analytics, and FICO, where innovation in fraud detection earned a US patent. Goutham holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
