Amber Aslanian currently serves as the Head of Customer Experience Operations at EarnIn, a position held since November 2018. Prior to this role, Amber worked at Bill.com from May 2012 to November 2018 as the Senior Director of Customer Support, overseeing multiple layers of management. Earlier experience includes a tenure at Intuit from July 2009 to May 2012 as a Customer Insights Manager, where significant improvements in customer metrics were achieved. Amber began career at PayCycle as Online Support Manager from August 2003 until its acquisition by Intuit, contributing to the launch of a chat support channel. Amber holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from California State University-Sacramento, obtained in 2003.
