Junxiao Tang is a seasoned professional in risk analytics and credit risk management, currently serving as Senior Manager at Earnin since January 2020, responsible for decision-making with P&L accountability and broader economic considerations. Previously, Junxiao held roles at Tala from February 2017 to December 2019, including Credit Risk Manager and Fraud Analyst, where responsibilities included building visualization platforms to improve credit product profitability and managing fraud risk. Earlier experience includes data analysis internships at Quicken Loans, asset management at Huafu Securities, and research roles at Xiamen University and the Bank of China.
