Kwi Brennan

Kwi Brennan currently serves as the Associate Vice President of Development Operations and Outreach at Earthjustice, a position held since April 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Chief Development Officer at the REED Foundation for Autism (2023-2024) and at the New Jersey City University Foundation (2017-2023), where Brennan also held the title of Executive Director. Previous experiences encompass leadership positions at Monmouth University (Senior Director of Leadership Programs), Advantage Plus Fundraising Consulting (Associate Vice President for Client Development), Little Kids Rock (National Director of Development), and Bloomfield College (Vice President for Institutional Advancement). Brennan’s extensive career began at Rutgers University Foundation, where a progression of titles over 12 years culminated in Associate Vice President. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from Rutgers University and a BS in Health Policy and Administration from Penn State University.
