Rhea Topolski

Rhea Topolski is an accomplished Human Resources professional with over two decades of experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as Human Resources Director at EarthLink since July 2023, Rhea has been the Director of Human Resources at One Ring Networks since June 2010. Previous experience includes a position as Human Resources Manager at Telenational Communications, where Rhea revitalized the corporate handbook, enhancing clarity in company policies and ethical standards. Earlier in career, Rhea worked as a Human Resources Assistant at LabCorp, managing bi-weekly payroll for 350 employees and creating a monthly employee newsletter.
