Lawrence Cox

Lawrence Cox is an accomplished professional with a focus on talent management within the energy and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Transmission & Distribution at EarthStream Global since April 2023, Lawrence leads initiatives to empower talent for a sustainable future. Previous roles include Embedded Recruitment Manager II at ACELR8, where management of a team focused on tech projects in the UK and Germany occurred, and Lead Talent Partner at WeShare by UMI, along with Senior Talent Partner at Rasa, providing recruitment solutions for innovations in urban mobility and conversational AI, respectively.
