Lois Harrison

Lois Harrison currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Ease Learning, a position attained in November 2023 after being promoted from Vice President of Operations at Freedom Learning Group. As a member of the Executive Council, Harrison leads operational strategy, scalability, and system innovations across various functional areas, emphasizing sustainable growth and people-centered leadership. Prior to this role, Harrison spent over 14 years at Cengage Group, advancing through multiple positions to eventually hold the title of Director of Project Management, Strategy & Operations. In this capacity, a strong focus was placed on strategic program execution and cross-functional operations, collaborating with various departments to support organizational transformation. Harrison holds a Master’s degree in Education from Georgia Southern University and a BSEd in English, Drama, and Speech from The University of Georgia.
