Charlie Corbisiero

Charlie Corbisiero is a seasoned banking executive currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Midwest Commercial Banking at East West Bank since April 2020. In this role, Charlie is responsible for establishing the bank's market presence and client relationships in the Midwestern United States, focusing on family-owned, publicly traded, and Private Equity-backed middle-market entities. Prior to East West Bank, Charlie held the position of Senior Vice President and Business Development Manager at HSBC from 2016 to 2020, specializing in new business origination. Earlier experience includes serving as Managing Director at MUFG Union Bank, where Charlie led the startup and growth of the Midwest Branch Office, and as Senior Vice President at LaSalle Bank/ABN AMRO, focusing on the Food and Beverage group and leveraged finance. Charlie holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Illinois Chicago.
