Matt Armstrong

Matt Armstrong is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in vulnerability management, network design, and security engineering. Currently serving as a Sr. IT Vulnerability Management Engineer at East West Bank since August 2023, Matt previously held key roles at The Master's University, including IT Infrastructure & Security Engineer and Senior Support Analyst, where responsibilities included designing secure networks and leading teams. Matt founded the Computer and Information Sciences Society to unify technical enthusiasts and served as a President. Educational achievements include a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurship from UMass Global and a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Sciences from The Master's University. Matt also gained early experience as an IT Help Desk Technician at Olympic College and as a Cadet/Volunteer with the Civil Air Patrol.
