Fahad Dimakuta has held various positions throughout their career. Fahad started their career at Accenture as a Transaction Premium Reconciliation Analyst, where they performed accounts reconciliation and analyzed premium discrepancies. Fahad then joined Convergys as a Customer Service Associate, providing technical support and improving customer satisfaction. After that, they worked at HKT Teleservices as a Training Specialist and later as a Senior Training Specialist, leading a team and facilitating employee onboarding and recursive training programs. Fahad then joined Elevated Play Philippines, Inc. as the Head of Training & Organization Development, where they managed training programs and organization development initiatives. Most recently, Fahad Dimakuta worked at Eastern Communications, where they served as the HROD Learning & Development Lead, overseeing learning and development policies and processes and managing the annual training budget.
Fahad Dimakuta completed their Master of Industrial Relations in Human Resources Development at the University of the Philippines from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Industrial Relations from the same university in 2016-2017. Fahad also holds a Bachelor of Science in International Relations from Mindanao State University, which they completed from 2000 to 2004. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained certification as a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from Mountain Home Training & Consulting, Inc. in 2014, and a Civil Service Professional certification from the Civil Service Commission, Philippines in 2005.
