Timothy Seidel serves as an Associate Professor of Peacebuilding, Development, and Global Studies at Eastern Mennonite University since 2016, where responsibilities include teaching courses and conducting research at the intersections of politics, peacebuilding, and development. Additionally, Timothy directs the Center for Interfaith Engagement, focusing on fostering interreligious collaboration and overseeing its administration and strategic planning. Previous experience includes positions as an adjunct instructor at American University's School of International Service and Lancaster Theological Seminary, as well as Director of Peace and Justice Ministries at Mennonite Central Committee. Timothy Seidel holds a Ph.D. in International Relations and multiple master's degrees in related fields.
