Roman Soroka is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in recruitment and human resources management, currently serving as a Recruitment Team Lead and HR Manager at Eastern Peak since November 2013. Roman has expertise in analyzing staffing requirements, conducting interviews, recruiting IT specialists across various levels, and monitoring labor market trends. In addition to this role, Roman has been involved with Ubertesters in a similar HR capacity, focusing on talent acquisition for mobile app testing solutions. Previous experience includes freelance IT recruiting and a background as a psychologist, where skills in psychodiagnostics and counseling were developed. Roman holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University.
