Camiel van der Heijden

Camiel Van der Heijden is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate legal affairs. Currently serving as VP of EMEA & AP Legal Affairs and Assistant General Counsel at Eastman since August 2020, Camiel also holds the position of Data Privacy Director. Prior to this role, Camiel was with Eastman Chemical Company from 2005 to July 2021, where responsibilities included Director of EMEA and Asia Pacific Legal Affairs and Assistant General Counsel, as well as Director of EMEA Legal Affairs. Before joining Eastman, Camiel practiced as an Advocaat at Holland Van Gijzen from 1996 to 2005 and contributed as a Legal Researcher at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam from 1991 to 1995. Camiel's educational background includes studies at KUB.
