Frederik Buysse is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and operations strategy. Currently serving as the IBP Excellence Manager and Integrated Business Planning & Scheduling Expert at Eastman since August 2018, Frederik's expertise encompasses raw material planning and project execution. Prior to this role, Frederik held the position of Senior Expert in Strategy & Operations at Moore Stephens Belgium, specializing in supply chain and production planning using OMP+ and SAP systems. Experience also includes roles as Material Controller at Volvo Trucks and Supply Chain Planner at Honda Europe NV, where significant contributions were made to project management and supply chain optimization. Frederik holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Management from Hogeschool Gent and certifications in Lean Green Belt and APICS CPIM.
