Rachel Cain

Rachel Cain is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Marketing Operations Lead at Eastman since September 2011, where responsibilities include optimizing marketing processes and systems for efficiency and scalability. Previously held positions at Eastman include Senior Digital and Creative Marketing Manager, where leadership of the in-house Creative and Digital Marketing Teams took place, and Advanced Digital Marketing Manager, where a global digital marketing center of practice was established. Rachel began Eastman's first direct-to-consumer brand as a Digital Media Marketing Representative for Perennial Wood. Prior to Eastman, Rachel worked as a Marketing Communications Coordinator at Wellmont Health System and gained editorial experience as Associate Editor at Tri-Cities Business Journal and Managing Editor at generatioNEXT magazine. Rachel holds a B.A. in Mass Communication with a concentration in Journalism from East Tennessee State University.
