Crystal Bessette-Castro

Crystal Bessette-Castro has extensive work experience in various industries. Crystal started their career at Target in 2004 as a General Merchandise and Food Sales Leader (ETL Logistics) and worked there until 2018. In 2010, Crystal briefly joined the San Diego Oceans Foundation as a Program Manager. Currently, Crystal is associated with Eastridge Workforce Solutions, where they held the position of Branch Manager of Manufacturing & Distribution from September 2018 to August 2022. Crystal then transitioned to become the Director of Industrial Staffing from August 2022 onwards.

Crystal Bessette-Castro obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marine Biology from San Diego State University between 2002 and 2006.
