Garry Ridge

Garry Ridge is the current Director at Eastridge Workforce Solutions. Garry has also held previous positions as Officer for Organizational Development at The San Diego Foundation, Chairman of the Board at Corporate Directors Forum, Board Member at The Ken Blanchard Companies, and Founder at The Learning Moment. Garry Ridge has also been the Chairman Of The Board & CEO at WD-40 Company since July 1987 and Managing Director at Mermax Pacific Pty, Ltd since January 1983.

Garry Ridge holds a Master of Science Degree in Executive Leadership from the University of San Diego, as well as a Diploma in Wholesale/Retail Distribution from Sydney Technical College. Garry is certified by the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law in ESG - Navigating the Board Role, and by the brandgym in Mastering Brand Growth. In addition, Garry Ridge holds certification from Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching in Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching, and from the Australian Marketing Institute as a Certified Practising Marketer.
