Rodrigo Alcaine

Rodrigo J. Alcaine serves as the President of Eastridge Workforce Recruitment and Chief Growth Officer at Eastridge Workforce Solutions since January 2023. Previously, Rodrigo held roles as Senior Vice President and Global Head of Sales and Operations at JoinedUp, a technology firm focused on staffing solutions, from August 2021 to January 2023. At Adecco from March 2018 to August 2021, Rodrigo progressed from Vice President and Head of Technology, Science, & Creative Vertical to Senior Vice President and Head of Sales and Operations for North America. Prior experience includes Regional Vice President for the Atlantic South Region and Area Vice President roles at Piper Companies, as well as a tenure at Roth Staffing Companies and Aerotek in various leadership positions. Rodrigo holds a degree from Virginia Commonwealth University.
