Sipin Sidharthan is currently the Head Of Operations at Eastvantage since March 2019. Prior to this role, Sipin held the position of Senior Business Partner at Concentrix from September 2014 to March 2019, where responsibilities included managing verticals in BFSI & Healthcare space and overseeing P&L Account Management, Process Excellence, Gross Margin Improvement, and Efficiency Improvement. With a background spanning various roles in prominent companies such as Microsoft, Serco, Intelenet Global Services, and Optimus Global Services Ltd, Sipin has demonstrated expertise in operations management and strategic business partnerships. Sipin graduated with a BE in Electronics and Technology from C. Abdul Hakeem College of Engineering & Technology in 2005.
