Melissa Holeczy

Melissa Holeczy is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in clinical services and performance improvement. Currently serving as the VP of Clinical Services at EasyHealth since May 2025, Melissa oversees clinical operations and ensures excellence in patient care delivery while aligning services with organizational goals. Previously, Melissa held numerous roles at Matrix Medical Network from July 2014 to April 2025, including Senior Director of Clinical Performance Improvement and Vice President of Clinical Performance Improvement. Earlier career experience includes clinical positions such as Staff RN in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Children's Hospital and Patient Care Technician at a Pediatric Teaching Hospital. Melissa holds a Master's degree in Family Practice Nursing from Carlow University and a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from Waynesburg University.
