Lorenzo Lagorio

Lorenzo Lagorio is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and management within the airline industry. As the Country Manager for easyJet Italy since October 2008, Lorenzo is responsible for driving country strategy and business performance while leading the local management team and fostering relationships with key stakeholders. Prior roles include Head of HR for Group Operations, Senior HR Manager for Southern Europe, and HR Manager for Italy, where Lorenzo managed large teams and was instrumental in establishing operations in new markets. Additional experience includes serving as Human Resources Director at Volare-Alitalia Group and holding positions at Electrolux and RCS Mediagroup. Lorenzo also contributes as an Executive Teacher and Mentor at Wibo, and holds an MSc in Business Management from Università Bocconi.
