Florian Enaud

Florian Enaud is currently serving as Release and Product Manager at EasyMile since April 2022, focusing on an autonomous GSE platform. Key responsibilities include designing operational concepts, overseeing architecture, and coordinating a large team of developers and product owners for roadmap consolidation. Previously, Florian worked as a Management Consultant at STEP Consulting, delivering strategic insights for the Aerospace industry and optimizing manufacturing processes across multiple sites. Prior experience includes consulting on Robotic Process Automation at Argon Consulting and training members on soft skills at the Board of European Students of Technology. Florian's academic background includes a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics from ENSTA Paris.
