Sam Hancock has extensive experience in customer success and revenue growth, currently serving as Chief Revenue Officer at EasyPost since March 2018, after holding various leadership roles including Vice President of Growth and Head of Customer Success. Prior experience includes managerial positions at InsideSales.com, where responsibilities encompassed leading Customer Success teams, developing customer retention strategies, and collaborating with executive leadership. Previous roles also featured positions at KBYU Channel 11 News as Executive Producer, ZINCH as Client Success Manager, and Emergency Essentials as SEM Manager, contributing to a broad skill set in client management, sales strategy, and media production. Sam Hancock holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Brigham Young University.
