Ahmed Farag is an experienced technology and implementation consultant with a strong background in software integrations and customer success. Currently serving as an Implementation Consultant at EasyTip since August 2022, Ahmed leads cross-functional software implementations and manages API integrations. Prior experience includes working as a Technical Account Manager at Dimensions, where Ahmed oversaw software onboarding for ERP and CRM solutions, and as an Application Consultant at BI-Technologies, focusing on ERP, CRM, and automation solutions. With a solid foundation in technical sales and client consultations gained from roles at Open Scope and Medical Vision, and entrepreneurial experience as a co-owner of Lametna Co-Working Space, Ahmed combines technical expertise with strategic business acumen. Ahmed holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport.
