Eat Just
Josh Tetrick is the CEO and co-founder of Eat Just, a food technology company that produces plant-based egg substitutes. Josh has a background in sustainability and clean energy, having worked as an investment advisor for the Government of Liberia and as an associate in the Climate Change Practice Group at McGuireWoods LLP. At Citigroup, they worked on multi-million dollar carbon credit and solar energy transactions. Josh also advised hedge funds on solar and wind incentives in the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
Josh Tetrick's educational career began with a Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University in 2004. Josh then went on to study law at the University of Michigan Law School, where they received their Doctor of Law degree.
