Eat the Change
Melanie Knitzer has over 25 years of experience in sales and leadership roles. In 1996, they began their career as Director of Corporate Accounts for Gourm-E-Co Imports. Melanie then moved on to become Vice President of Sales for Honest Tea in 1998. In 2011, they were appointed Vice President of Natural Sales for Coca-Cola VEB (Venturing and Emerging Brands). From 2017 to 2020, they held various positions such as Advisory Board Member for No Evil Foods, Vice President of Sales for Q Drinks and Bhakti Chai, and Director of Sales, East for New Barn Organics. In 2021, they became Sales Director for Eat the Change. Melanie also served as an Advisory Board Member for Caleb's Cooking Company.
Melanie Knitzer attended Villanova University from 1976 to 1979.

Eat the Change is the brainchild of Seth Goldman, Founder of Honest Tea and Chair of the Board at Beyond Meat, and celebrity chef Spike Mendelsohn who share the belief that the foods we eat represent our largest daily environmental impact.
