Glen Moon is an accomplished construction professional with extensive experience in the retail and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as VP of Construction at Eataly since March 2023, Glen previously held the position of Vice President of Construction at Charter Realty & Development from November 2020 to March 2023. Glen's career at Whole Foods Market spanned from 2005 to January 2022, where roles included Global Construction Leader and Vice President. Additionally, Glen was the Vice President of Real Estate and Construction at Yardbird Southern Table & Bar from March 2019 to November 2020 and worked as a Retail Construction Consultant while self-employed from October 2018 to March 2019. Earlier experience includes a managerial role in construction at Shaws Supermarkets from 1997 to 2004.
