John Trockel

John Trockel is an experienced professional in store operations and management, currently serving as the Director of Store Operations at Eataly since October 2015, overseeing locations in New York City, Las Vegas, and Miami. Prior to this role, Trockel was the General Manager at Sarabeth's Park Avenue South from June 2014 to November 2015 and held various positions at Schapiros and Schiller's Liquor Bar, including Assistant General Manager. Early career experience includes serving as Bar Manager at Manhattan Center Studios from June 2000 to January 2006. John Trockel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Mercy College and an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree from Queensborough Community College, as well as additional education from Queens College.
