Joe Rodgers

Joe Rodgers is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in ethics, compliance, and litigation. Currently serving as Senior Vice President - Ethics & Compliance at Eaton since April 2013, Joe has held various leadership positions within the legal department, including Vice President and Chief Counsel for Litigation, and Head of Legal Operations & Administration. Prior to Eaton, Joe was a Principal in the Litigation Practice Group at Squire Sanders from September 1998 to March 2013, specializing in fiduciary duty and M&A litigation, general commercial litigation, antitrust, and corporate fraud among other areas. Joe holds a J.D. from Cleveland Marshall College of Law and a B.A. in Communications from The College of Wooster.
