Patrick Grant

Patrick Grant is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in government contracts and compliance. Currently serving as Senior Commercial Counsel at Eaton, Patrick leads a fourteen-person team focused on global compliance with government contract requirements and federal procurement laws. In a concurrent role as Trial Attorney at the Defense Contract Management Agency, Patrick represents the Department of Defense in contract disputes and provides litigation risk advice. Previously, Patrick held significant positions in the U.S. Army JAG Corps, including Chief of the General Litigation Branch and Deputy Staff Judge Advocate, overseeing numerous procurement and contract cases. Patrick’s academic credentials include two Master of Laws degrees and a Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law.
