Rob Reese

Rob Reese is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in product development and project management within the electrical and mechanical sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering for Eaton's ARS in the Electrical Sector, Rob leads initiatives focused on Electric Vehicle Charging Systems and Vehicle-to-Everything Energy Management. Prior roles include Division Director of Engineering at Duke Manufacturing Co., where Rob spearheaded innovative commercial kitchen products, and Vice President of Engineering at Carrier Commercial Refrigeration, overseeing the development of commercial refrigeration solutions. Rob's earlier experience encompasses leadership roles in engineering at Crane Merchandising Systems and Sky-Top Sunroofs, as well as an application engineering position at Emerson Electric Co. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
