Selvam Arumainayagam

Selvam Arumainayagam is an experienced professional in the electrical and instrumentation sectors with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Regional Sales Director at Eaton since November 2007, Selvam focuses on product development for explosion-proof electrical ranges in the global pharmaceutical industry, collaborating with product line managers to enhance product specifications. Prior to this role, Selvam was General Manager at R. STAHL Group from July 2001 to November 2007, where responsibilities included managing key accounts and overseeing electrical and instrumentation products for the oil and gas and pharmaceutical sectors. Selvam began the career as a Graduate Engineering Trainee at Sanmar Group in February 1990 and quickly advanced to Senior Sales Engineer, specializing in terminal automation for metering systems in southern India. Selvam holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Regional Engineering College - Trichy, earned in April 1990.
