Ren Hao

Ren Hao is a software engineer with extensive experience in security-focused roles across multiple companies. Currently at eBay since October 2023, Ren previously served as a Senior Software Engineer at Splunk from December 2018 to October 2023, specializing in platform security, identity and access management, and cloud-native products. Earlier experience includes a position as a Software Engineer in Test at Malwarebytes, where automation of test processes for the Anti-Exploit product was a key responsibility. Ren also interned in application security at Lenovo, developing automated security tools. Ren holds a master's degree in Information Security Technology from The Johns Hopkins University and a bachelor's degree in Software Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
