Traci Horwitz

Traci Horwitz is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in global tax operations and strategy. Currently serving as Senior Director of Global Tax Operations & Strategy at eBay, Traci also holds the position of Head of International Tax Operations & Strategy. Prior roles include Director of Tax Planning at eBay and Director of Mergers and Acquisitions Tax at PwC, as well as Senior Manager of Mergers and Acquisitions Tax at KPMG US. Traci holds an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law and a Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law.
