Yulia Oboznova

Yulia Oboznova is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as Chief of Staff for the People Team at eBay since May 2013, where roles have included Sr. Director of Global Recruitment and Global People & Organizational Development. Prior to eBay, Yulia worked at Google from August 2007 to May 2013 as an HR Business Partner, providing strategic HR guidance, and held various roles in HR management and recruitment. Earlier career experience includes serving as TOEIC Project Coordinator at American Councils for International Education, where Yulia developed business relationships and managed testing procedures. Yulia began the career as an Assistant Consultant at Fitmark Recruitment Agency.
