Anil Bakmaz has a diverse work experience in procurement and operations management. Anil started their career as a Purchasing Intern at Festool GmbH in 2011. Afterwards, they worked as a Sales Controller at Schneider Airsystems and as a Logistics specialist at Bosch Türkiye in 2012. In 2013, Anil joined Daimler AG as a Procurement and Supplier Quality professional. Anil then moved to Mercedes-Benz UK Ltd in 2014, where they worked in International Procurement Services. Anil also gained consulting experience at Horváth & Partners Management Consultants in 2014, focusing on organization and operations in procurement. Currently, Anil Bakmaz is employed by the Eberspächer Group, where they have held several roles, including Business Unit Buyer, Head of Project Procurement, and currently, Head of Global Procurement.
Anil Bakmaz completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in International Logistics Management from ESB Business School, Reutlingen University, between 2011 and 2015. Additionally, in 2013, they pursued studies in International Business at the University of Plymouth.
