Ananth Prakash is a data analyst at the European Bioinformatics Institute (EMBL-EBI) since October 2019, with prior experience as a postdoctoral scientist at the John Innes Centre from November 2017 to September 2019. Ananth completed a PhD in Bioinformatics at the University of Cambridge between 2013 and 2017, after serving as a PhD student at EMBL-EBI from October 2013 to October 2017. Earlier, Ananth worked as a research and teaching assistant at the Institute of Bioinformatics and Applied Biotechnology from 2010 to 2013, following a postgraduate diploma in Bioinformatics from the same institute (2008-2010). Ananth holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Biotechnology from Visvesvaraya Technological University, obtained between 2004 and 2008.
