Emily Young has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. From 2018 to present, they have been working as the Director - Senior Client Partner in the Global Client Solutions Centre at Ebiquity plc. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2018, they served as the Head of Client Success and Partnerships at Mezzo Labs. In 2015 to 2016, Emily worked at HSBC as the HSBC Global Programme Lead for TMS Deployment through a secondment via Mezzo Labs ltd. Before that, they held multiple roles at barclaycard from 2012 to 2015, including the Digital Planning and Performance Manager and Marketing Manager positions. Emily started their career at Barclays in 2010 as a Customer Insight Manager and later worked in Branch Management.

Emily Young attended the University of Exeter from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a BA Hons with Dean's Commendation and Pallas Prize in Digital Arts & Humanities, specializing in Archaeology with Information Technology. In 2014, they participated in the E-Consultancy Masterclass Digital Measurement (Analytics and Optimisation). In 2013, they completed the Prince2 Practitioner course at QA. In 2011, they earned a CIM Professional Certificate in Marketing from BPP, and also completed the Barclays Potential Leaders Programme in Leadership at the Institute of Leadership and Management. In 2010, they obtained a TEFL BTEC from Frontier for Teaching English as a Foreign Language.
