Ethan Jones has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2011, they started their career as a Substitute Teacher at Various Schools, where they worked until 2013. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Referral Creation specialist at BriovaRx, LLC. Ethan then joined Optum in 2015 as a Team Lead and later transitioned into the role of Business Analyst from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, they joined UnitedHealthcare as a Product Owner and held the position until 2022. Currently, Ethan is working at eBlu Solutions as a Product Owner, starting from May 2022.
Ethan Jones obtained a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Indiana University Southeast. Ethan attended the university from 2007 to 2012. In March 2020, they also received a certification, PSPO I, from Scrum.org.
