Mike Skillingstad

Mike Skillingstad is a Senior Partner at Blue Ops, where extensive services are offered in M&A advisory and operating support across various industries. In addition, Mike serves as an Advisor to the Board for multiple private equity portfolio companies, including RoC Skincare and Milani Cosmetics. As CEO of EBM Software, Mike leads a team providing corporate performance management and M&A due diligence solutions. Previous roles include Board Member positions at Desserts Holdings and The Step2 Company, Chief Financial Officer at Best Brands Corporation, and various leadership roles at ConAgra Foods, overseeing corporate strategy and financial operations. Mike holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Accounting, both from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
