Cindy Charan, MA, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at EBMUD since September 2022, Cindy previously held positions such as Chief of People and Leadership at Alameda County Office of Education and Senior Human Resources Consultant at CRC HR Consulting. With a strong focus on strategic planning, talent management, and workforce development, Cindy has successfully implemented best practices that enhance organizational performance and foster collaborative cultures.
