Lori Worden

Lori Worden is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various aspects of HR management. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Analyst at EBMUD since December 2014, Lori administers job classification, compensation analysis, performance management, recruiting, workforce development, labor relations, and HR policy. Prior to this role, Lori consulted at Koff & Associates, specializing in compensation analysis and executive recruiting, and worked as a Senior Compensation and Labor Relations Specialist at the University of California. Lori's early career included a position as a Human Resources Analyst for the Judicial Council of California. Lori holds a Juris Doctor degree in Labor and Employment Law from Golden Gate University, as well as a Master's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from California State University, Long Beach.
