Vladimir Bessarabov

Vladimir Bessarabov is an experienced professional in risk management, currently serving as the Founder of the Water Leadership Group since November 2022, where the focus is on collaboration and education among members to tackle emerging risks and legislative challenges. Previously, Vladimir has held key positions at EBMUD since June 2007, including Manager of Risk Management and Workers' Compensation Manager, and was the Risk Manager at Beutler Corp. from July 2001 to June 2007. Academic achievements include a Master's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from San Francisco State University and a Bachelor of Science in Risk Management & Insurance and Finance from California State University-Sacramento.
