Donna Toma's education history is as follows:

Donna Toma obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Biology from BA>UNC in 1984. Donna then completed their Master's Degree in Clinical, Counseling and Applied Psychology from Seton Hall University in 1987. Following this, they pursued a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and Developmental Psychology from Yeshiva University, which they completed in 1992.

In 2005-2006, Donna Toma earned a Certification in Nationally Certified School Psychologist/Educational Specialist from Montclair State University. During the same time period, they also completed a Supervisor Crisis Intervention program at the Institute for Crisis Intervention.

In 2010-2011, Donna Toma attended the Center for Mediation And Conflict Resolution, where they obtained a degree in Professional Mediator/Conflict Resolution Specialist, with a focus on Mediation and Conflict Resolution.

Donna Toma also obtained a Diplomat American College of Forensic Examiners degree in Forensic Psychology, Behavioral Analysis, and Forensic Profiling from the American College of Forensic Psychology. Additionally, they completed a CADC program at Rutgers University-New Brunswick. Donna also holds a Master's in Clinical Psychology from Yeshiva University.
