Radley Barco

Radley Barco is a seasoned corporate recruiter with extensive experience in talent acquisition across global financial and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Corporate Recruiter at Ebury since January 2021, Radley specializes in end-to-end recruitment for positions ranging from fresh graduates to Executive Directors across EMEA, US, and APAC regions. Prior to Ebury, Radley held the role of Senior Associate - Talent Acquisition Advisor at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation from 2014 to 2020, and served as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Deutsche Knowledge Services from 2011 to 2014. Radley also gained experience as a Recruitment Consultant at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia in 2010. Radley holds a BA (Hons) in Human Resources Studies and Retail Management from the University of North London.
