Mourad Elsisi is an experienced professional in civil engineering and project management, currently serving as a Project Manager and Construction Manager at ECB - Engineering Consulting Bureau since October 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing the IL Bosco project, which encompasses 388 villas and 46 buildings over an extensive land area. Prior to this role, Mourad worked as a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Khatib & Alami from April 2015 to October 2020 and as a Civil Engineer on the Tabouk University project at Alharbi Company from May 2013 to February 2015. Additional experience includes a position as Construction Manager at Aya Group Company from April 2012 to April 2013 and as Project Engineer at Kharafi National from January 2008 to January 2012, where involvement included the West Damietta Simple Cycle Power Plant project. Mourad holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Ain Shams University, obtained between 2002 and 2006.
